Higher Design for Living (HDFL) Program is sponsored by Sistas United, Inc. a non-profit grassroots organization that has served the communities in Washington, DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia area for over 20 years.  Sistas United, Inc. was founded by CEO/President, Wessita McKinley.  The re-entry program was established by Director, Gloria Holloway.

    Our  program offers workshops and mentoring sessions (one-on-one and group sessions) designed to assist in acquiring desired personal and business goals to the re-entry population., under-employed, homeless and those desiring a career change.  We provide mentoring and workshop sessions which are based on the integration of biblical principles, universal laws and best business practices.  The mentoring and workshop sessions are geared to renewing the mind which are purposed to transform, empower, equip and mobilize that the goals, objectives, dreams and visions may be manifested in the lives of our participants.

Whether you are in transition desiring a career change, a better life style in general, are coming from penal system, or starting a business we are here for you.
